How can I track my order? Plus

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email with a tracking number straight away. 

How long will it take to arrive? Plus

Standard Domestic: 2-8 business days
Standard Express: 1-4 business days
Standard International: 6-27 business days
Due to unforeseen delays within postal networks, this time frame may be extended. 

How much does shipping cost? Plus

Standard Domestic: $10
Standard Express: $15

When will you ship my order? Plus

If you order before 10am AEST it will be shipped that day.
Orders after 10am will be shipped the following day. 
Shipping is processed Mon - Fri and closed on weekends and public holidays.

What will my order arrive in? Plus

For smaller orders, your order will arrive in our Honeycomb compostable mailers.
For larger orders your order will arrive in a FSC certified box. 

Do you offer click and collect? Plus

Unfortunately we do not offer click and collect.

 All orders over $75 receive free shipping 

International Taxes & Customs Charges

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. SAMI SUN is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. If you refuse your delivery, you are responsible for the original delivery charges, any applicable tax and duties charges, and the cost of returning the package and will not be entitled to a refund. As DHL Express is a high priority service, you may be contacted prior to your order being released to notify you of any relevant fees that may be applicable to your purchase. Please note these charges are implemented by your countries government and are not associated with DHL Express. Returns

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at sami@samisunskin.com

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Faulty, defective, or unsafe products.
  • Products that don’t match their description or are not fit for purpose.
  • If required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

You can choose to receive an exchange, credit note, or refund (to your original payment method). However, we do not offer refunds if the product was damaged due to misuse or neglect.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at sami@samisunskin.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ensure the product is in good condition, with minimal use.
  3. Repack the product in the original shipping box.
  4. Include your order number and the reason for return inside the box.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if you don’t insure the parcel.

Please allow up to two weeks for your refund to be processed.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
